Built on a foundation of trust, advocacy, and organization, the company provides fiduciary services, life management support, and communications strategy for clients, families, trustees, and organizations across the Finger Lakes region.

Meet the Founder

Suzanne Cirencione brings a strong track record of leadership, innovation, and hands-on advocacy. Her career spans business ownership, government service, fiduciary support, and campaign management—always with a focus on building stability and clarity for others.

Professional Highlights:

Successfully owned and operated Ovid Big M Supermarket, increasing sales by 43% and earning recognition as Seneca County Small Business of the Year and FLX Finest Winner 2022.
Served as STOP-DWI Administrator for Ontario County, leading impaired driving prevention initiatives and public safety campaigns.
Held leadership roles in community organizations, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce (2023).
Campaign Manager for Ontario County District Attorney's race (primary victory over an eight-year incumbent) and Ontario County Sheriff's 2026 re-election campaign.
Communications lead for the Town of Canandaigua and former manager of Ontario County Sheriff’s Office social media (2.5 years).

Joan brings a deep understanding of both systems and people to her work with Caledonia Dreamin. Her background includes service as a Probation Officer and Case Worker with the Department of Social Services, along with firsthand experience as an adult caregiver.

This combination gives Joan a practical knowledge of community resources, care coordination, and the everyday realities families face. Clients and caregivers alike value her steady presence, sound judgment, and ability to navigate situations with discretion, compassion, and trust.
